		<description>I love seeing her personality develop. She look so much more alert and interactive than she was a year ago. She IS learning and developing just at a slower pace than her peers. She is NOT a vegetable. She is a beautiful little girl full of love and personality who happens to have the abilities of a much younger child. Who knows what she might do someday, especially if she gets a permanant home out of the hospital.</description>
